1. Definitions

• “Company” means SVALGO Technologies Private Limited, the parent and legal operator of the flowOne platform.

• “flowOne” refers to the product brand and the India-operating subsidiary representing the Services.

• “User”, “you”, or “your” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.

• “Third-party Providers” refers to partners including communication platforms such as Twilio, payment processors, hosting partners, and other integrated services.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you:

• Are at least 18 years old

• Have the capacity to enter into legally binding agreements

• Comply with applicable laws, including Indian laws where applicable

• Are authorized to act on behalf of your organization, if registering a business account

flowOne provides:

• Workflow automation

• Data processing tools

• Business communication (including Twilio-powered messaging)

• Collections intelligence

• Finance operations workflow management

• Reporting and analytics

• API-based integrations

Regulatory Disclaimer (India)

SVALGO and flowOne:

• Are not a bank, NBFC, lender, insurer, or credit bureau

• Do not offer loans, credit lines, underwriting, or regulated financial services

• Do not offer factoring, financing, or credit products directly

Any financial service interfaces used via the platform are provided solely by licensed third-party institutions, not by flowOne or SVALGO.

4. Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate details.
You agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Notify us of unauthorized access

• Remain responsible for all activities under your account

SVALGO reserves the right to refuse or terminate accounts at its discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal or harmful activities

• Upload malicious code (virus, bot, script, malware)

• Attempt to bypass security or access unauthorized data

• Overload, disrupt, or harm the platform

• Misuse communication tools (spam, phishing, unlawful messaging)

• Violate intellectual property rights

• Misrepresent identity or impersonate others

Violation may lead to immediate termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, content, software, designs, and documentation related to flowOne are:

• Owned by SVALGO Technologies Private Limited, or

• Licensed to SVALGO by partners

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for internal business purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the Services

• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

• Create derivative works without written permission

7. Third-Party Integrations (Including Twilio)

flowOne may integrate with:

• Twilio for communication APIs

• Payment processors

• Hosting and cloud service providers

• Analytics and security services

You acknowledge that:

• Third-party terms and policies apply

• SVALGO is not liable for failures, outages, or actions of third-party providers

• Misuse of third-party services (e.g., Twilio messaging) may lead to suspension

8. Fees, Billing & GST Compliance (India)

If you subscribe to paid features:

• Fees for Indian users are exclusive of GST

• GST will be added as per applicable law

• Payments are processed through approved payment gateways

• Fees are non-refundable unless required by Indian law

SVALGO shall provide GST-compliant tax invoices to Indian users where GST registration applies.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

flowOne’s data practices are governed by the flowOne Privacy Policy.

Compliance for Indian Users

SVALGO complies with:

• Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), 2023

• Information Technology Act, 2000

• IT (Intermediary Guidelines & Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021

Indian users have the right to:

• Access their personal data

• Request correction or deletion

• Withdraw consent

10. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate use of the Services if:

• You violate these Terms

• Using the Services poses a security or legal risk

• Required by court order or applicable law

• Payment obligations are not fulfilled

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

SVALGO and flowOne do not guarantee that:

• Services will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Data provided will be accurate, complete, or timely

• Automated processes will produce regulatory-compliant outputs

You use the Services at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SVALGO and flowOne are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

This limitation does not reduce statutory consumer rights available under Indian law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

For Users in India

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall be brought exclusively before:

Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India

For Users Outside India

Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless superseded by mandatory local consumer laws.

14. Arbitration

Where legally permissible:

• Indian arbitration shall follow the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996

• Seat of arbitration: Hyderabad, Telangana

Consumer Protection (India)

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory rights available under Indian consumer laws.

15. Modifications to the Terms

SVALGO may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
